Breakfast will Complete your Day

Usually pagkagising ko ng umaga, bangon sa kama, pupunta sa lababo maghihilamos, kape ng konti, sipilyo ng ipin then later maliligo na, plantsa ng damit, bihis at pasok na sa trabaho. And when I'm at my desk na, I feel whoo, kumakalam na tiyan ko. Gutom na ako! Bakit kanina sa biyahe I didn't feel it. It's because some people doesn't have the appetite in morning. Di pa gumagana masyado mga dapat gumanang parts diyan sa katawan mo para magutom ka. Then later as you do your activities your mind and body will realize na gutom ka na. With that you may not able to focus on your doing.

According to some health experts breakfast is the most important meal in your everyday living. Although importante naman lahat including lunch, dinner, at konting merienda. Kung sa mga bata nga a nutritionist stated that, "children who eat breakfast perform better on cognitive tests and in school. Maybe it works that way for adults too. In any case, skipping breakfast is probably a bad idea", how true diba?


Actually eating your breakfast can you to maintain your weight. People who are eating their breakfast helps them to make their weight healthy. Di naman kasi heavy meal masyado ang almusal eh. But for some who are in diet they will intend to skip it. But skipping breakfast is just like loosing the great performance that your body can do.

Breakfast is a meal that will complete your day. Proteins and Fibers will satisfy your hunger during your activities. For some time you may feel busog pa din hanngang lunch. Breakfast can't be so heavy. Iyong mga common na hinahain tuwing umaga pwede na, gatas, kanin, itlog, tinapay, isda. Always keep in mind, don't break your self in having your Breakfast.

Paano Gamutin ang Singaw?

Paano nga ba gamutin ang kesakit sakit na singaw sa bunganga. It will start sa maliit na butas na medyo mahapdi hapdi tapos pag mamalasin it will grow na sing laki ng one peso coin. Ay sobrang pahirap lalo na't kakain ka. Mas masaklap pa kapag favorite mo iyong pagkain na nakahain. Pipilitin mong ibuka bibig mo't papadaanin at kikiskis hangga't mamikit mikit ka na sa sakit. Hahahaha. So, paano nga ba?


When it comes to medical advices siyempre first thing to do, take some medicine. Anti biotics for prevention of bacterias na kumakalat at nagpapalaki, mefanamic acid to lessen the pain, ano pa ba? mag vitamin C ka nalang baka kasi sipon lang yan or init ng katawan. Marami din naman kasing bagay ang pinagmumulan ng singaw eh. Meron ung biglang kagat mo while eating, andiyan naman ung dahil sa init ng katawan bigla na lang magkakasugat bibig mo dahil "SINGAW" nga eh, it will just pop out sa katawan mo.

But, one time in my experience im so desperate to kill that singaw inside of me. Ginawa ko suggestion ng asawa ko, she said pahiran ko ng tawas. Hahaha. Nung una ayaw ko kasi I know that taste of tawas (I accidentally ate it thought was a salt when I was a child), pero napasubo na eh. Gusto ko ng maalis. Pinahid ko, Aray! Shaket!! pero suddenly iyong pain na nafeel ko nawala tapos kahit dilaan mo singaw mo wala na, nakakain na ako na maayos then ilang days pa, nawala na at gumaling na. Wow. Pwede pala un!.. Pero, hindi din. Tsumamba lang tingin ko, kasi the next time na nagkasingaw ako, nilagyan ko ng Tawas mas lumaki at sumakit. So I advice wag nating isapalaran parati ang sarili natin. It's enduring the pain masama daw ung baka pati puso mo sumingaw. hehe.

To make it short, proper hygiene, eating the right ones and alaga lang talaga at alalay sa sarili. Sabi nga nila Prevention is Better than Cure.
